"This is a brand new property. Everything I wanted or needed was accounted for. It has a full kitchenette, nice bathroom, and a decent sized sleeping area (I was in the one king bed option). The exterior landscaping is not complete yet so I couldn’t fairly rate that. I was in the area for a dog-related event and there were many other dog owners staying here, as well. Neither my dogs nor I were ever bothered at all with noise, either in the hallway or coming from other rooms. The only issue I had, at all, was that the amount of available outside property to walk one’s dogs is limited. This may possibly become better once the landscaping is finished. "

"Clean rooms and common areas; pleasant helpful staff; comfortable accommodations; reasonably priced. Two good first-run films seen at the attached theater for the senior price of $8 each -- half the cost of most other movie houses."
