"Very warm welcome at reception and lovely view"

"The Kames hotel is in fabulous location overlooking Bute and a great base for exploring. We spent a week here and still so much to see. The hotel is lovely blend of old and modern - rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable and well furnished. We are each night in the restaurant and enjoyed great variety of delicious meals . The owner and staff are warm, welcoming and friendly. Our dog was made welcome too! "

"The owners were lovely, they even did my washing for me. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was within walking distance of many dining options and breakfast was on site and tasty. The staff were also very nice. I would stay here again."

"Dunroamin is a really lovely property, with very well appointed rooms and a beautiful farm like setting. Breakfast was excellent. Great pub dining options are in nearby villages. "

"The room had a full kitchenette and a little sitting area with a little fireplace ,the bathroom was small but functional, the staff were great, and the area was so close to transit, shops, restaurants and pubs. I would definitely stay here again"
