"The hotel staff were great! The room was very clean and quite spacious. We were shocked to find that our room had an excellent view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The breakfast that was included was also very nice! It was more than a buffet. They also provided hot dishes to order along with fresh hot cappuccinos. "
"This location is excellent and the train station is across the street, (I never heard the train). The green line bus stop is about a 30 second walk, while the heart of downtown is located a couple of minutes from this hotel. The rooms were clean and my hostel bed was configured in such a way that it was very private. I would stay here again!"

"Ein Zimmer, das meine Erwartungen übertraf. Ich hatte Blick auf das Matterhorn und das Dorf Zermatt. Das Badezimmer ist etwas alt und dunkel. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, aber man kann an der Rezeption nach heißem Wasser fragen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen."
