"Cozy"

"The location was perfect for access to St Helena's attractions. The room was too dark. The temperature controll was dated and confusing. The date and time on the TV was not linked to reality. that would have been helpful. How hard could it be to set that?"

"What a lovely place, I love the decor, the creek behind the property, it was quiet and cozy."

"The Jack London Lodge is very convenient to many wineries and restaurants - with several restaurants within walking distance. Their own saloon/restaurant is in a cool old building with beautiful outdoor seating in back overlooking the creek. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Their quiet hours rule at night really works - it was very quiet all night. The man at the front desk was friendly and efficient. We will definitely stay here again."

"Such a peaceful and serene setting! Perfect long weekend, with helpful staff that made you feel incredibly welcome, relaxing pool, fire pits, beautiful view, and delicious breakfast. Will recommend!"

"I was hesitant because of the location and could see building is circa 1970. However, I was so pleasantly surprised! Inside was completely remodeled with modern and appreciated updates. Super clean. Super helpful team and super nice hot tub and pool. Highly recommended"

"The hotel is really nice but note that while they say they have 20 boutique rooms, they actually sell an additional 4 rooms which are basically apartments with far less nice furnishings and finishes. There are no photos of these rooms on their site or here on Expedia, so it feels shady that they sell them under the radar. They originally put me in one of these rooms, and they are absolutely not worth the $800/night I spent. They moved me, but beware- they still sell these rooms, do not advertise...

"Nothing special about this hotel. It is very expensive for the price of this room. They didn't even give us a bottle of water when we arrived. No place to hang your towels inside or outside the bathroom. You have to wait five minutes before you can get hot water for the shower. The wall is very thin. We could almost everything outside our room."

"Fantastic"

"Truly amazing property and staff. Great place to wind down in Sonoma on an absolutely fantastic property. Rooms are spacious and in impeccable condition. Fun activities for the kids on the ranch, from tennis to feeding the chickens. Breakfast on the porch was super. Only downside is we couldn’t stay longer at this gem of a place."

"Rooms were clean and the STAFF were amazing!!! If you are looking for the most AMAZING breakfast??? This is the place!! You can taste the love!!! Paige and Patrice were amazing!!! Well done.. Thank you!!"
