Overnight woman at 11pm kept me out of a room for an hour because she couldn't figure out how to bring my reservation up on the computer even though i could show her emails, confirmation numbers and had her talking to Expedia staff. When i complained in the morning, they just said it's fine now, she's just old and forgets stuff!! Room for was broken, bathroom door had holes gouged in, water was brown for the first 5 seconds every time. It was quiet at least. No one...
