"I really like the hotel. Great customer service, quiet location, excellent breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended to stay at Villa Anakao when you visit Mauritius "

"L'Oiseau de l'Océan was an amazing discovery. It was clean, well-kept and the staff were very helpful. The shuttle was a nice touch ensuring that trips to the beach and Cascavelle were easy. I also enjoyed the on-site sauna. My only complaint is that the wifi was weak and to make calls, I needed to step outside my room. I didn't mind much because I was on vacation and so didn't need to work. Special commendation goes to Jessica and Richard for going above and beyond."

"The room was comfortable, clean, well maintained, and well furnished. The hotel is an easy 3-minute walk to the Bagatelle Mall."

"Was good location."

"Lovely hotel, centrally located, with delightful staff"

"Staff were excellent and a highlight of the stay. Room was very nice and had one issue with aircon and they upgraded me immediately. For what I required it was perfect. Staff went over and above to ensure I was happy."

"Highly recommendable. Everything I need was there and it was clean everywhere though I stayed a room without bath, toilet and kitchen. Calm area but easy to go other town such as Port Louis or Curepipe etc,. Train station, boulangerie(napolitaine available!), briyani shop(tooo much for a single touirst!), convenience store nearby. And what I loved most is the host. She warmly welcomed me and took care of me. I miss her :')"
