"This hotel is situated near Ithaca and is a short drive from the beautiful Buttermilk Falls and other nature trails and parks. The hotel also has its own nature walking trails which were fun to explore. Our room was large and very clean but unfortunately faced the parking lot."

"The hotel and the room are exactly as in the pics. The whole place is Cornell themed ans well done too. The room and bed were comfortable and spacious enough for 1 person. The beer on tap in the common area is very cool. Wouldn't mind staying again on my next trip. Shout out to the wonderful Kat for being so nice and chatty."

"I was able to park right outside my door, and it felt like a safe area. The staff/family who ran the motel were all very sweet. The room was clean, and had a mini fridge, microwave, space heater, and air conditioner. The room was just the right size for my needs. I would definitely stay there again."
