"The breakfast was great. The room nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Only down side-I was told there was a $20/hr up charge to check in early. I’ve never heard that in any travels. So I left and came back after 3p."

Staff is always friendly room stay does come with a complementary breakfast in the morning and that’s always nice with good fresh food clean linens clean bathroom. I definite choice to stay when I’m in the area."

"I called 0n THREE occasions to make sure we would have a FRIST FLOOR ROOM!!!! First when I reserved the room IN JANUARY FOR APRIL 25 , then again in March. THEN THE DAY BEFORE !!!!!! At pre check in on line , I requested a first floor room !!! EVERY TIME I WAS ASSURED A FIRST FLOOR ROOM ! So we checked in and they didn't have us in a first floor room. They couldn't accommodate our request at the front desk!!! The coffee maker in our room didn't work !!! No coffee in the check in area !"
