"I chose this hotel because it was close to my workplace. I stayed there for 5 nights and it was okay. The only complaints are the breakfast bar didn’t taste healthy so I stopped eating there and I wish the staff would clean my room and change bed sheets and towels often. I had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels almost everyday. "

We were here from Florida for a close family funeral. It was a tough time to be in Chicago for many reasons. Having laundry soap, lots of beauty products, great iron, and a nicely stocked kitchen really blessed us. Great location that is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. We felt safe. We did realize that backing into the driveway was better when it was time to leave. All around great experience. Thank you! "
