"We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. "We had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent: the accommodations, the atmosphere, and especially the people, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. "great location. clean and spacious rooms. friendly and hardworking staff. Especially the person who ran the dinner by himself. awesome view from the roof top and some rooms. thank you"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was a great place to cool off. We would have liked to dine at Collins Restaurant, but unfortunately it was closed, with only the Collins Bar being open. We also wanted to visit the rooftop bar, but this was closed as well. We experienced issues with the air conditioning, which could only be adjusted by reception. On our last night, we had to move to another room in order to get a comfortable night's sleep. We're not sure if there was some refurbishment work taking place, although the staff told us there wasn't."

"The location was ideal for my family, close to restaurants and the sites but not crowded. The room was a good size. The shower was a bit small and needed some repair as the water kept leaking out of the basin. The door is a bit loud and you can hear people coming in and out of their room because of the loud clicking. The maid service was great as we definitely needed fresh towels and a dry bath mat. Overall good for two nights in Perugia. "

"In regards to the actual location of the hotel, it was excellent. However, there were some issues regarding the room location in the hotel itself. We had several heavy bags and my parents who are elderly, had to go upstairs, after leaving the elevator, and we had lift these heavy suitcases to get to their room. It would’ve been beneficial to know about this prior to booking these specific rooms as we probably could’ve made arrangements to have something more accessible."
