"You’re renting the location, and it’s fantastic. It may be the Northernmost most homes under Sea Ranch management. Smack in the middle of Gualala. NOTE: There is no cell service in town, so screen shot any check information you may need. There is a public wifi network, but it’s painfully slow. Afternoons in the back deck are wonderful. One of the chairs was broken and I told the property management. No problem. Strangely the headboard wasn’t attached to the bed, but it wasn’t a big deal. We enjoyed a lunch at the seafood shack (walking distance) and the Surf market great; they even do BBQ lunches. Great place to relax, enjoy the cool temps, listen to the waves, and recharge. "

The woman who was in the office was extremely accommodating and moved us into another room, which made the early check in possible. Thanks!"

"Cute setup for our kids (ages 9-12), they loved the upper loft filled with toys! The place is very clean and comfortable. It’s secluded in the forest which was beautiful. The only thing was there is a rooster nearby that kept crowing loudly all early morning, so if you like to sleep in, I suggest bringing earplugs :) other than that, it’s a cute and quaint place to stay!"
