"This property was amazing.The host is just the nicest person, very communicative and available day or night. My room was immaculate, and the views at this property were absolutely incredible.You can walk the bluff and overlook the ocean views. It's pet friendly and my little dog had a wonderful time staying here as well. There's a fire pit and outdoor seating. There are benches all along the bluff and places to sit and meditate or be still and reflect. I just enjoyed the overall time that i was here. I also got to see whales right off the shore. Highly reccomend the surf inn. "

The front desk staff was a little bland in terms of their personality and energy which seemed to reflect being on auto pilot. Not much enthusiasm but they were not rude in any way shape or form. Just wished the personality of the front desk staff matched the vibrancy and elegance of the hotel. "
