I came down to Tianjin for two days unexpectedly from Beijing. The rooms were very reasonably priced, quiet, and clean. The staff were great, but make sure you have a translator as I Tianjin gets many English speaking visitors. The gym was surprisingly fantastic.

Impressive marble floored and beautifully decorated lobby. Staff is helpful and courteous to Westerners. Hotel is impeccably clean and well-maintained. Very comfortable bed, elegant bathroom, and quiet too.

Location is not good, not convenient, not metro station nearby

I was taking a flight transfer in Tianjin. Got to know Ritz is a must stay in the old square of the city. Booked a Balcony garden view luxury room for one night only. I had some free time to take a walk in town and found the hotel super close to the riverside historic financial district where the late 19th and early 20th century bank buildings are located. Room was super clean; breakfast was good; because of Covid-19, not many stayed residents and overall its pretty quiet. The staff was friendly...

The breakfast buffet is excellent. It has several stations, including a station of local favorites (Tianjin is famous for its authentic breakfast items), coffee offerings, and other Chinese and western savory and sweet items. Restaurant space is open with great lighting and city view, and staff is warm and attentive, showcasing the caring and homey part of Tianjin culture.

I have 3kids (8yrs, 7 yrs and 2.5yrs) , traveling is not easy . St. Regis made everything so seamless and comfortable. The morning buffet is crowded since this is Chinese lunar new year. J Chen from the Promenade restaurant always arranged everything properly for us. From seating to take the food, the experience was excellent . My family really want to say thank you for the whole team as we feel l we stay there just like we stay at home.

Great overall experience. First room had a slight problem with a wire outlet. I was immediately given a better room and given fruit and desert plates, without asking. Very comfortable. Location is good. Close to the Big Eye Ferris wheel. Subway station was about a 15 minute walk. Good shopping area about the same. Close to the Ancient Cultural Street attraction. The best part of the stay for me was getting help from Daniel at the concierge desk. He offered assistance anytime I went...

We would stay in Saixiang Hotel every time we visited Tianjin for more than a decade. The hotel room is spacious, comfortable, and clean (we always chose Condo Suite). But we particularly love the hotel staff. They are all professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. We would always choose Saixiang over any other hotel in Tianjin.

First time visiting Tianjin, it’s a good location, convenient to explore the city by subway.
