"The hotel is not that close to universal studios but offers a free shuttle where they try to upsell you on stuff like raincoats and extra services in the 20min ride (totally optional tho). There is a shopping centre next door with food, coffee and lots of activities for kids of all ages to enjoy. Other than not having a delivery robot and having to go downstairs to get your own food deliveries, everything else about the hotel is fine."
