"Great place, slightly far from Porto district but the free shuttle provided by the hotel to & back compensates for that. Close to beach, loved the boardwalk to the beach. "Such a great hotel! Tucked away in a quiet side street but still close to the beach and town. I was lucky enough to have a balcony overlooking the pool which means a great sea view too. The rooms are huge, spotless and beautifully furnished. Bed is big and comfy and bathrooms are really nice. Good breakfast, with fresh juice, was a real bonus. And to top it off the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Oh and it’s got a great pool with tons of loungers. "

"Excellent customer Service with neat and clean property. Closed to Shopping Mall center. Very convenient to go around using Uber or Concierge services. Will definitely recommend to anyone. Except my TV didn't work at all during my stay although I brought it to the attention of staff 3 times since the day I checked in. Each time Maintenance personnel told me that it will be fixed soon, but it never happened Staff should take care of stuff like this especially when guest is staying for 6 nights, otherwise I enjoyed my stay."
