"Room was very clean, loved the little kitchenette and was able to cook a few times and have room for food in the fridge. The hottub was disappointing due to it needing a good clean and the water really causing a gross brownish scum when the jets were turned on."

"This place is a gem! The breakfast rotated every day during our four day stay and is more of a buffet. There is something for everyone and it is available until 10:30am plus plenty of seating available. There is a piggy bank for tips which they deserve! The staff are friendly and great. Can’t beat the location if you want to stay downtown near the harbour. Not a high end hotel but rooms are modern enough and there is signage that they are updating hotel. We were there to see family so not really time for pool and hot tub which they do not have if that’s what you are looking for. There are no negatives about this hotel. "

"Nice cafe and pastry options. Lovely location right on the seawall. 10min walk to downtown victoria area. Restaurant was also lovely at night with the cityscape view lit up. Appropriately priced during our visit in April. "
