Chateau Victoria Hotel and Suites

"The location of this hotel is excellent….very close to the Empress and waterfront. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch. There is a nice bar with a view of the city at the top of the hotel."

"The front desk woman was kind and helpful. She made sure our room was not pet friendly (for allergy issues). We ate three meals in the Fathom restaurant. The staff there were great. The food was very good. Our room was comfortable. Just to note (but this was all over Victoria during our weekend).. servers stand over you as your pay for your food and the tip.. it feels odd. One told me it was in case the machine timed out. Not my favorite. The servers were excellent at their jobs and did things like bring us a carafe of water."

"Clean room. Pool was nice and warm and very clean. Close to amenities and easy to get to victoria. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint would be hotel restaurant. Sign at door says no minors. Found prices high and not great selection."
