The only downside to our stay was the hydro going out for a few hrs in the evening that woke us up again when it came back on. Otherwise, lovely stay"

"Location :Good , very close to downtown Staff: Friendly and responsive overall did a great job there are some minor problems about the building itself, overall functional but feel old, maintainance is so-so.... low power toliet flushing.....need to flush more times in order to say bye bye to your own poo poo.... I will still consider it for a 1-2 night short stay."

"We had the most amazing stay! We stayed in room 800 which is considered a penthouse suite. There is a full kitchen, full laundry and one bedroom. The views were fantastic and sitting outside watching the sea planes and ferries come in was a highlight. The location is fantastic with many very good local restaurants within blocks. Everything was closeby including the Harbour, the tour busses and Harbour boat tours. The rooms are clean the staff are friendly and helpful and you feel quite at home. You will not regret staying here!"

"Room was clean and parking was available. Check in we were told our room wasn't ready yet and we were ten minutes early. We were told we would get a text or call when our room keys were ready. We sat in the lobby for 50 minutes and then I went back to the front desk to find no keys were ready but the room was done. The elevators didn't seem to work great people were complaining how long it took (keep in mind it was a full hotel) that did not bother me but the sensor to go up and down didn't work well and I had to help people multiple times after I figured it out myself."
