"Hotel looks to be newly renovated but some rooms are small. Suite room was good but we then moved to a standard room and it was not easy to move around due to the narrow layout of the room. Staff was not helpful and they were trying to avoid eye-contact in order to deflect any help requests. Breakfast was plain, not too many choices. While we stayed there internet was not working due to a technical issue by the internet service provider but there was no urgency to resolve the issue by the front...

"Beklentimden daha iyiydi... Gece saat 22,30 da vardık dinlenme amaçlı 1 gece kaldık ertesi gün kahvaltıdan sonra ayrıldık...herşey gayet güzeldi,kahvaltı muhteşemdi...Tekrar Bodruma gittiğimde bundan sonra kalacağım otel artık Cennet Park ....Teşekkürler.."

"Beautiful grounds. The spa didn’t have its hot tub or indoor pool open. I guessed that was because it was slow season. The staff offering hammam and massage did an exceptional job. We had both done on separate days. The only problem that occurred was that a customer walked in on my wife in the middle of her treatment (& she was nude too!) as he was looking for a staff member to make an appointment. I recommend the staff have a sign made to alert guests that the masseuse is working with another...

"We were 3 with our kid at the hotel for a week in the beginning of July. For 3 of us the room was ok though of a bit small size, but as we were on the road mostly, this did not matter. The room was silent, apparently bacause of good insulation. Cleaning service was excellent. The staff was correct with little English. Buffet breakfast was nice (small remark: coffee was not included in the breakfast without indicating it). The pool was of correct size, the garden in good condition, the bar area...

"We felt welcomed from the first moment we stepped into the beautiful hotel. Everything is so beautiful and with lovely details. The room offers a lot of space to storage clothes and other things,it is very well equipped and has a lovely view to the sea and garden. The cleaning lady did a great job!!! The service and reception staff is great and made us feel comfortable and home. They were always friendly and with a smile on their faces. There is NOTHING that was missing. Thank you team Marisol...
