"Everything was fine, staff at reception were not accommodating at all to simple request that would be fine at any hotel."

"Lovely property staff were very welcoming and helpful. Always there to greet you at restaurant times and get you seated. Would always bring drinks ie water coffee or alcohol which was nice. The bar staff were very helpful and friendly even put the football on the tv for us. Rooms were cleaned daily and mini bars in the room always stocked. All in all a lovely resort with brilliant hard working staff would definitely recommend."

Staff are very polite and friendly but not at all experienced. Breakfast was quite lacklustre, despite the bounty and variety of local produce. Large cleaning carts parked in guest toilets, conversations interrupted with POS machines to settle extra charges in haste signal some training and managerial issues. The hotel group may be expanding a bit too fast and its service standard is not in keeping with a five-star at all. "
