"It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. In the end I booked another night just so I got the break I had needed. So the lesson is make sure you get what you pay for and don’t let them...

"Staff were so helpful and cheerful. The one of the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been stayed. The food was amazing. Activities also good especially live music in the pool area. Next year I’m planning to go there again… Plus, green enviroment, olive trees, flowers make you in the heaven☺️I highly recommend"

"The beach front location, stunning views, crystal clear water, and proximity to the port is excellent. Unfortunately this is where the positives for this hotel end. The service and attention to detail is severely lacking and not consistent with what is expected of a 5 star resort. There are plenty of staff onsite, but they make little effort to greet or speak with guests, the breakfast service is utterly disorganised, and you have to constantly chase down people to get service. This is a 4 star establishment at best with a 5 star price tag. Very disappointing"

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s facilities were excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail and the high standard of customer service throughout my visit. "This is a centrally located hotel, close to shops, restaurants, the main bus station, the castle and the water. I reserved a double room but was given one with 2 single beds which wasn't ideal. Fortunately the mattress and pillow were quite comfortable. The bathroom was very small. The ac worked well which was great because the weather was hot. The highlights were the buffet breakfast and the location. Good hotel for 1 or 2 nights. The staff were as helpful as they could be with limited English. I didn't have time to use the pool but it looked clean and refreshing."

"We stayed in the Sea View Deluxe Suite and could not have asked for more. The property and location itself are sublime. The view from every window looking outwards is mesmerizing. The room, including linens, amenities, and fixtures, was all excellent and of high quality. The service from check-in to check-out, and even after check-out, was personable, kind, and, most importantly, always effective. Frankly, the worst part about this place is having to leave eventually, because all we can think about is, "When do we have time to return?" I seriously doubt that there is anything of equal quality or value at this property's price point in the Yakilavak and surrounding areas."

"not wait to return! I am writing this review from my sun lounger on the pristine beach very sad that it’s our last day! The staff are the friendliest & most attentive I have experienced in a long time. From the bar staff and waiters to the entertainment team to the grounds people, they really are lovely humans! Food offerings were great, we particularly liked eating in the outside seating area of the Magico restaurant. Always lots of choices available for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Our room was absolutely huge, kept immaculately clean and was very comfortable for our 7 night stay. The gym is good for a hotel gym, plenty of equipment and open 7am - 10pm. SO many activities but no one is pushy to get you to join. You can check on the app for the schedule and there is so much to keep you entertained. Evening entertainment was excellent, themed nights, live performers lots of dancing and a dj until 2am in the beach bar. Lots of lovely cats with a cat home inside the hotel grounds. They don’t beg for food and are clearly treated well by the staff. 10/10 experience and I am so sad to be leaving tomorrow!"
