"Check in woman was great. Room was big & comfortable & not too noisy. Loved parking at the door to unload/load. Food places close by. Shower was nice but bath towels were small & could have been softer. Overall great place to stay....thank you!"

"This is an AMAZING home! Meticulously maintained and it was spotlessly cleaned. It had all of the amenities we could want or need and the host was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Perry again."

"This is a unique property. The house is beautiful, but it was a little difficult to tell what exactly we were getting from the listing. We wound up with a room with an en-suite bathroom, which I would definitely recommend, otherwise you may be sharing a bathroom with complete strangers. We stayed here as part of RAGBRAI, so it was completely full and folks were definitely having to share a bathroom and coordinate showers. Not a huge deal, but we were happy to have our room with the bathroom. All in all, a good stay"
