This was a very nice place to stay in the outer Jordaan neighborhood of Amsterdam. The room was very comfortable and clean with in-room amenities such as a Nespresso machine, wi-fi, good local restaurant recommendations, and comfortable floor heating. It was very quiet with a comfortable bed. The full-size bathroom was nicely remodeled with a large shower. The owners had great communication via Whats App and greeted us on arrival. Recommended!

Super friendly staff. I left something behind and they mailed it to me in the UK. I was in rom 10 that is very quiet just how I like it but the very steep staircase might be a challenge for some.

The property is fine but I was surprised to see a bed bug in the sofa bed where our kids were sleeping.

Amazing location! Staff was friendly and you're within walking distance to anything you want. Very close to Amsterdam Centraal Station and all public transit. Space is definitely tight, but it's worth it for the neighborhood.

Everything was perfect. Property is beautiful and staffs are kind. I enjoyed fitness and sauna too. The only drawback is checkout time at 11am is a bit too early. Hope it is 12pm.

BEST HOTEL IN AMSTRDAM

The hotel staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Our room had a beautiful canal view. Walking distance to restaurants, museums. The room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

All the rooms are different which makes them interesting. Comfortables beds, though pillows could be softer. Free bottle of champagne in suite was nice surprise. Loved the tea and pressed coffee set up in room for mornings or chilly afternoons. A steamer in the closet is better than ironing board. Room was quiet for outside noise, but some mechanical noises but not awful. Room service was good and Janz was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Area around hotel was great boutique shopping. I will only stay at this hotel in Amsterdam. The location is ideal - quieter street but walkable to everything. The amenities are everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The staff is out of this world - energetic, professional and helpful.

Hotel Estherea is a beautiful place, with a fabulous location, great staff, clean, breakfast is great and the cookies,flavored waters and coffee machine are over the top. There are fresh flowers, gorgeous chandeliers and very comfortable sitting areas. It was a real treat and I would go back in a minute.

The property is unique. The commons areas are welcoming and convenient. We stayed here to be close to the art museums, and if you can dodge the bikers and trams for a five-eight minute walk, you will love the experience. The cocktail spread was all we needed for that evening meal, though we did find nearby restaurants that were fun. Breakfast at the hotel was delightful. Most wonderful was the kindness of the lovely women running the hotel. We felt welcomed in Amsterdam thanks to them.

The hotel is walkable to a number of the places we were visiting. I liked that it wasn’t in the city center but only 10 minutes from the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable.

The Staff on the front desk wasn’t very welcome. The lady at the restaurant Gorette was amazing, very sweet and efficient.
