Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku

8/10 Good

"The staff were excellent at all levels, which shows they were well trained at all levels. Whatever I requested they made sure to provide without any issues and were timely. I asked to replace the feather duvet with a non allergenic replacement and they did it very quickly. The amenities were good. Could have used a microwave but this wasn’t critical. The check in and check out were excellent Food was excellent both at breakfast and dinner. Location is excellent- easy access to the train station and local shopping. Airport limousine bus drops off and picks up at the hotel entrance. The furnishings were a bit dated but adequate"

APA Hotel & Resort Roppongi Ekihigashi

10/10 Excellent

"We loved the fact that they helped with a misunderstanding of luggage delivery and it got resolved in less than 1 hour. We loved the access to the public bath and laundry, although very busy , it was a great amenity. The property is located minutes away from Azabudai Hills and it was a perfect location with a wonderful view of the Tokyo Tower. Excellent!"

Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo

10/10 Excellent

"Great location and excellent room. Our room faced the TMG building and on a clear day we could spot Mt Fuji! The hotel is conveniently located very close to Shinjuku station, plus access to lovely cafes and konbini stores nearby. Staff were very helpful and stored our luggage before checkin and also after we checked out since we had a train later in the day."
