"The hotel was nice. I went with my family (my wife and little daughter) and we enjoy it. The staff is actually a family and they were very kind and friendly. The food was good, basically homemade. The room was clean, no so big but was enough for us. For the price the accommodation was very good. "

"I emailed & called the hotel to confirm that the shuttle I ordered would arrive at the airport! Especially because I was getting in close to midnight....& I do not speak Spanish....& w/o a phone that works in Ecuador! It became obvious the hotel did not order me one. I was left to fend for myself in a foreign County not speaking the language.....& found out the hotel was not 1/2 hr. away as told by (Expedian?) but one hour away. A taxi driver called the hotel & they sd yes it is ok to let him...
