"The night I stayed the petrol station next to hotel was being refurbished. That meant jack hammers and floodlights throughout the night - the poor staff didnt know anything about it until they started and were very apologetic - staff were very good. Professional, welcoming, friendly and helpfull.
However - the room I stayed in was a bit grubby (lights on side of bed showed how dusty the room and carpet were). Sofa bed was badly stained (thankfully I wasnt using it).

"Traffic very noisy through windows. Comfortable clean beds with brand new chunky pillows. Walk in shower very convenient, cleanliness a bit of an issue. Toby Inn attached was excellent with good choice and nicely cooked, both evening meal and breakfast."
