The amenities on the cruise ship were wonderful, and the hospitality was above and beyond. We felt truly welcomed and cared for by the crew and they always provided what we needed. "Everyone on the cruise was very nice and welcoming, and they truly cared to make sure that we had a great time. Our suite was very nice, but the beds mattress could have been softer. The only big issue was the fact that I needed Wi-Fi to take care of some business and as soon as we left the bay, the Internet was completely out. Had I known that this was the case I would’ve come better prepared, and given that I paid so much for this trip I would’ve expected them to be fully transparent."
