"Basic hotel. Perfect place if you just need somewhere to sleep, shower and get a breakfast. If your plans are to venture out and about most of the time then this hotel is ideal. Breakfast is freshly cooked and delicious."

"The breakfast was good quality; good location , the beach / seafront across the road; hosts are lovely, friendly people; in general, excellent accommodation."

"Lovely surroundings and nice staff as usual"

"Room was cleaned and and coffee and teas replenished every day."

"Fantastic location for airshow, polite staff, lovely lobby area"

"nice place to stay"

"Very nice B&B, in good location. Just a couple of points to mention which was why I have only 4/5. - Room and en-suite smaller than expected, but still nice and comfortable - Breakfast was lovely, but would prefer being able to self serve juice and tea/coffee. Also a full English breakfast should use real sausages, rather than tiny chipolatas - Biggest issues was noise with voices and bathrooms clearly audible from other rooms late and night and early morning."

"Very convenient location. Staff friendly and helpful"
