"The start of the stay started off well with Sarge, the property manager, and all, with him cooking for us and welcoming us in. The rules were very strict in having no outter footwear inside the house. The property was nice with a stray cat, named White Knight, being around the property to be there during your stay. However, things went downhill when we found out that one of our friends was hit on by Sarge, which made her feel uncomfortable. We were caught off guard by this action and let the other guests who went there with us, to be cautious and watch over her. "

"This was the perfect place for my family and I to stay for a LAST minute booking on the east side of the island. Laurel was so friendly, communicative, and responsive- we had no issues! The apartment is so cute and warm, homey touches were found all throughout. I loved that the place was clean and tidy, the temperature was perfectly set (the AC in the living area is definitely a great feature), and all the furnishings plus bed were so comfortable, fresh and welcoming. My husband and I and our 2 kids thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were also VERY thankful for the sweet touch of a fresh local fruit platter with homemade banana bread also!! That was a HUGE plus and definitely worth an extra STAR! The grounds and surroundings were lovely and even though we thought the sounds of the dogs might be heard, in all honesty, we hardly heard ANYTHING!! We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others! "

"Charming chalet. Had to clean up the French Press and the tea pot was sticky on the outside, but fine and usable. Enjoyed walking around, down to the waterfall. Felt very safe and secure. Beautiful surroundings. Unique get-away."

"This was an absolutely beautiful property. The owner asks you to meet him prior to check in to show you the grounds and give an overview of the property. We felt this was one of the best parts! Hearing the history of the grounds and how they built the property was fascinating. The room was extremely comfortable, breakfast everyday was delicious. Could not have asked for a better stay or better hosts. (Chad is a wealth of information on the island and places to visit- that was also much appreciated)"
