Great place to stay. Easy walk from the train station and right the center of the city. Conveninetly located and overlooking a park! Great staff and excellent breakfast Amenities include a sauna and a very well equipped gym Highly reccomended!

Great location next to a tram, bus, and metro hub (about 5 min walk) so you can access all of the city! The breakfast here is pretty good too.

The cleaning staff helped me in an expedited and professional manner to resolve a medical issue.

Nice hotel, location decent, brand new. I would say that no cleaning service could be a problem for some, but I enjoy the privacy. Check-in very easy with kiosks and code is emailed to you.

We have stayed in this hotel 3 times and have been totally happy with everything. It has the best location in the very center of Helsinki, easy walking distance from the railroad station (which has an easy connection to the airport), stores, restaurants and sights. The international staff is extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers very good food and is open late. The lobby offers comfortable seating areas and a friendly bar. The rooftop bar has a great view over the city...

Great location. The rooms and amenities were clean and very cozy. Excellent breakfast buffet in terms of selection and quality of food - One of the best I have ever had. It's nice to have dinner buffet included in the reservation as well. Staff was really helpful. Only criticism I have is that my room was not completely sound proof but this was a minor issue. I will most likely stay here again next time I'm in Helsinki. Highly recommend!

Loved this hotel as it was walking distance to the pier and ships. Lots of shops and dining options too. Room was nice and large.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lilla Roberts! The property is very clean, the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and our room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel is also ideally located in the heart of Helsinki, within easy walking distance of plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars, shopping, and supermarkets.
