"A very good hotel in a desirable neighborhood. The breakfast is outstanding. My only complaint was that the thermostat in my room was not working. I complained twice, but nothing was done about it. Since the windows in my room could not be opened, it was too hot during the day."

"This is a functional, comfortable, convenient and cheap place to stay in the centre of Helsinki. Access was by code, which didn't arrive immediately, perhaps not until I removed a spurious 0 from the start of the country code for my phone number. Room had a fridge, microwave, kettle and crockery/cutlery, but no provisions such as coffee sachets, but there's a small supermarket around the corner that's open until 10pm and sells nice croissants etc for breakfast. There was a nice desk but it would have benefited from having a desk lamp. "

"My room was very clean, bright and suprisingly spacious, especially the bathroom. The 4pm check in was a bit late for me though. Also I think there should be something to help push the water towards the drain after a shower."

"Just a short walk from the train station and relatively easy to find. Staff were excellent at welcoming us. The hotel is in a good location, central and easy to access everything. We were even able to walk to Loyly sauna despite there being ice on the pavements. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was of a good quality with good variety. Would definitely stay here again. "
