"You cannot beat this hotel for location. It is a short walk from the main station. It is connected to the mall and subway stations and it is in the heart of Helsinki! Personally, I loved their breakfast. The freshness and organic nature of the food was much appreciated. The staff were incredible and you couldn't ask for better. However, the rooms are kind of small, amenities lacking and just basic overall. "

"The location is perfect: close to public transportation, restaurants, main attractions. The room is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. It has fridge, microwave and some coffee/tea supplies. The room was never cleaned during our stay. There is absolutely no staff on site. We had no issues while there, but if issues arise (leaks, not working lights, etc.) the only way is to contact someone from the phone downstairs. The internet link to order breakfast or modify the reservation did not work for us."

"Very convenient, right next to the central station, with a supermarket in front of the hotel. The view overlooking at oodi was nice, too. I wish they had longer time for the sauna, so I could use it (was a short stay) They had a fridge filled with drinks and snacks (not for free), but didn't have an electric kettle, which I wanted."
