I was especially impressed by Marek, an English-speaking staff member who went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage transportation. We’ve used this service at other hotels, but Hotel Okura truly stands out. All we had to do was bring our luggage downstairs—Marek took care of everything. In fact, if we had asked, they would have picked up the luggage directly from our room. The level of service was exceptional."

"This is my first time to stay at this hotel. This hotel was located in Nakasu area, the center of Fukuoka city, where you can access many dinning and shopping spots easily. Also the subway station was just couple minutes waking distance from hotel. Another good point of his hotel was this hotel had public bath area on the 3rd floor for the hotel guests."
