"Beautiful property, the private tub was amazing! The dinner was absolutely wonderful, and we were lucky enough to catch their summer concert. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer a free shuttle to their other properties and to Gora station which was extremely helpful. Clean room with plenty of amenities!"

"温泉の質が良く、肌の調子が良くなりました。館内はすごくリラックスできる香りがしました。鳥のさえずりで目が覚め、すごくすっきりとした朝を迎えられました。 ダイニングルームに広がる一面の山の景色が特に好きです。部屋は2人だとちょうどよくゆったりと使えて、友達や大切な人とゆっくりとした時間を過ごすのにぴったりです。 バス停も近いですが、車があればとても便利です。無料の駐車場もあります。芦ノ湖、大涌谷、美術館巡りにもってこいの場所だと思いました。 観光した後、箱根の名物を持ち帰ってホテルで食べました。カトラリーを貸してもらえたり、電子レンジやお湯、部屋内に冷蔵庫もあったりしたので、やりたいことに合わせて自由に過ごせるのもいいところだと思いました。"

Dinner was delightful, breakfast was amazing. The hotel was very clean from the outside to our room. The rooms are beautiful, we had the river view room. "The Villa was new and up scale and roomy. It was super clean and great instruction on how to deal with the needs for our 2 days stay. The bedrooms was good size with comfortable Queens size bed and not those twin size. The beds were great and firm enough you know they weren't cheap material. The amenities were great with the sauna room was clean and equipped with sauna towel along with the private hot tub in the unit and no need to share. The balcony was great for BBQ with family and friends....

"Stunning property. A beautiful and serene eco wellness resort type. The staff were incredible and everything was seamless and easy including use of their free shuttle. They also helped us call a taxi when we checked out. The food was impressive and delicious - love the farm to table. We did the half board with our stay and so worth it. Loves the pool, cold plunge and sauna. Would definitely recommend. An oasis."
