"The Villa was new and up scale and roomy. It was super clean and great instruction on how to deal with the needs for our 2 days stay. The bedrooms was good size with comfortable Queens size bed and not those twin size. The beds were great and firm enough you know they weren't cheap material. The amenities were great with the sauna room was clean and equipped with sauna towel along with the private hot tub in the unit and no need to share. The balcony was great for BBQ with family and friends....

"We loved our stay in Hakone Hotel. This is our first time staying in this hotel. the staff are very helpful. They upgraded us a room which was the center of the hotel in 2nd floor room 205. The facility are nice and well maintained. The food was great but in a pricey side. The breakfast is the same everyday. The onsen are well maintained as well. They offer a room massage. TV entertainment has a lot of option that you can link your account. The amenities are great from slipper, toothbrush, pajama, they offer bottle water and coffee inside the room. we will definitely go back again in this hotel. Very accessible to Hakone Shrine"
