"The property is extremely run down and dirty. I would have changed hotels if I could have afforded to. Dirty carpets, elevator, bathroom, the tv channels did not work, the freezer was full of overgrown ice. The gym was terrible, the cleaning wipes were dry. On top of that I was frustrated to not even be able to get coffee since it was empty often. The best parts, the staff was friendly and the shuttle driver was also wonderful. The amount I paid for this hotel to attend a work conference is quite sad. I feel as though I am owed a refund."

"The lobby is nice but the rooms are terrible. The carpet is very worn and frayed. The bathroom tile had almost no grout left. The toilet moved when you sat on it, not just the seat but the whole toilet. The bricks walking out to the pool are loose. Not a great place at all. We only needed to sleep for a few hours for an early flight otherwise we would never have stayed there."
