"Absolutely adorable and clean. We loved the peace and quiet after a day of crowds at the falls. Host and Hostess are friendly and accommodating and so great that we wish we lived closer so we could hang out with them more often. We enjoyed relaxing around the fire seeing the flowers and birds."

"Very nice home. Beautiful location on the beach. Great games room. Owner was very attentive when we contacted him. Kitchen gas stove is a little old, but works. Soap and shampoo provided in all bathrooms. You’ll need to bring a hairdryer. A warning for those with young children, or those who may over indulge, the deck railing is really low. All in all a very nice place."

"This cottage was the perfect vacation spot! There was never a dull moment- from kayaking to enjoying the private beach, the hot tub and bbq :) It really was a great place to stay & I would return! Only downside was the broken picnik table at the beach and the stairs could use some work towards the bottom to get to the beach, and spare keys to get into the bedroom if you have a toddler who likes to lock doors lol. Overall great stay."

"Overall, our stay was nice. The house is truly 15 minutes from the Falls and not in a busy area, which we appreciated. We really didn’t have a lot of communication with the host. Check in details arrived just before check-in time and there were no check out details. That made me nervous, but I’m sure a lot of people appreciate how laid-back it is. "The home was newer and great, plenty of room for all of our 9 people. We visited on a hot day and definitely could have benefited from fans in the bedrooms because they are on the second floor and it got warm at night time. Overall we had no issues and we had great use of the place."

"We stayed three nights at the Hot Tub Haven over Easter weekend! What a great little cottage. This cottage had everything for our family. From comfortable beds to board games, tv and a hot tub to take a night time soak. Also there was a washer/dryer for my messy kids. When I had a question, they responded to my text promptly. Thank you for a wonderful weekend away! Can’t wait to book our summer vacation!"

The BBQ was filthy and was full of gunk - tho we asked to have it cleaned, it never was, and trying to cook a full meal that was to have been grilled was a problem with only one small frying pan. "We loved the attention to detail the host had, from the signage, easy check-in, supplies, and messaging the process was simple. Being veteran short term renters truly one of the best. Water view is amazing from the master bedroom, waves can be heard from an open window. Sunroom out-front is great for morning coffee, and tiny street out-front is perfect for morning walks."
