"Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Personal immer freundlich, Zimmer top sauber, tägliche Reinigung mit Handtuchwechsel. Safe, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und kleine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Fenster lassen lassen sich einen Spalt breit (ca. 10 cm) aufschieben, um auch mal frische Luft ins Zimmer zu lassen. Frühstück typisch amerikanisch. Zwar immer dasselbe, aber gute Auswahl. Und es wird auch ständig wieder aufgefüllt, so dass immer alles vorhanden war. Ist nicht die schönste Gegend, aber dafür sehr...

"Staff were excellent ( kind, pleasant and helpful ). The room was clean. Comfortable bed. The breakfasts were very good and there were refreshments in the foyer. Much appreciated. Breakfasts starting at 6.30am weekdays and 7am weekends fitted in with my schedule, I am pleased to say. "

"What I faced in the hotel I can not describe in words and I can not compare it to any other hotel I felt like i'm in my home, where all the staff without exception are cooperating to the maximum extent, and the services available by them feel the utmost comfort ما واجهته في الفندق لا استطيع ان اصفه بكلمات ولا اقدر ان اقارنه بأي فندق اخر كان احساس كأنني في منزلي ، حيث جميع الموظفين بلا استثناء متعاونين لأقصى حد ، كما ان الخدمات المتوفرة من قبلهم تشعرك بالراحة المتناهية"

"Room was clean. A bit outdated. But clean. Location is great, Hotel common areas are great. Housekeeping was selling us bottles of water in the evening, in the morning collecting still untouched bottles and reselling to us again in the next evening… it was a bit weird experience … but besides that part, i will definitely use this hotel again. Definitely recommending "

"We can’t rate this highly enough! Stayed as a family of 4, the staff couldn’t do enough for us, it was great. Even this afternoon when we were popping out to sightsee before leaving, the (lovely Donegal) manager insisted on popping our bags in his office as the bellhop was busy. Customer service at its finest! Food also great - I had a curry that was the closest to an Irish curry that I have tried out of Ireland, and my husband had a huge delicious steak. Can’t wait to come back!!"
