"The manager of the property was very responsive if i had questions. The property could have been cleaned a little better, especially the gaming area. But overall it wasnt too bad. The heat was the biggest issue. The temp got down to 38F and it was rayher cold. There is not a central heat system. You have to use space heaters. Its a large space so it was difficult to regulate. Thebpool was still closed and the back yard looked a little neglected. No sitting area, just some dirty outdoor chairs....

"The property had everything we needed and more: drinks in the fridge, books for readers of all ages, a well-stocked bathroom, a modern kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful artwork on the walls, plenty of storage, and it was bright, clean, quiet and spacious. The owner was very accommodating, the instructions for check-in were clear and the neighbourhood was lovely. This was my first time visiting Guelph and thanks to my stay in this rental, I will cherish my positive memories of this trip."
