"The breakfast buffet was very ordinary The coffee machine was broken and the cranky lady in charge was than going to charge us for coffee from the barista Not good and she was rude The room had stains throughout the carpet and the skirting boards need repainting The restaurant was quiet small and we couldn’t get a table for dinner but the reception staff were nice and friendly Overall the place looked very tired"

"All was good in general but the lights of the room were not adequate. Too many indirect lights but not one to illuminate the whole room."

"The location is great...just a few minutes walk to Westfield Parramatta, restaurants and the train and bus station. The breakfast buffet is good...the pastries are to die for, there's an abundance of fruits, the miso soup and kimchi are yum, the rice and the noodles can be improved though. Vee livens up the day, every day with a sincere welcome."

"The room was modest, clean. Nothing to rave about nor complain about. It is actually quiet. It is somewhat similar to an Ibis hotel room, but with a shared bathroom. Its good value."

"Perfect property for a months stay. Airy and fresh. Large enough for a couple and well designed to include everything needed . From washing machine/ dryers to yoga mat :-) Bed was so comfy and I loved the balcony . Secure and safe . Nice little pool and sauna Perfect location for shopping/ getting train and close to park. I’d be very happy to live here . Thankyou all. Xx"
