This house is located in Frankton. Many things are nearby, including rugby stadiums, cricket stadiums, Hamilton Garden, Water World, netball courts, Waikato Hospital, shops, river walks, and popular cafes. Tourists of all ages can enjoy this location, including couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
There is a safe, secure neighbourhood around the house. With its cosy and up-to-date environment, this house is perfect for corporate accommodation or for anyone who enjoys sports and events. Additionally, this house is ideal for commuters who commute to central Hamilton on a regular basis, and we provide treadmills so they can exercise and spend their days healthy.


The space
This newly constructed, stylish, self-contained 2-bedroom house was just released to our whanau. This house is designed to provide all the necessities, it includes, a treadmill for exercising, 60-inch TV with latest high speed Wi-Fi, local TV, Netflix and Disney+ for entertainment. While there are plenty of parking spaces at the front of the house as well as an internal access garage for car parking. There are 2 bedrooms in the house, the first with a queen size bed, and the second with 2 single beds and 1 trundle bed. The living room has an extra sofa. There are also other facilities such as a full kitchen and free tea and coffee. Furthermore, linen, towels and Face towels are provided. A number of other facilities are provided, including an oven, jug, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, toilet paper, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, and utensils.

  • I would not usually consider a garden a must-see experience, but I am really glad a local told us to visit Hamilton Gardens. The experience of wandering through a maze of hedges that open into perfectly cultivated gardens plucked complete from other countries and other eras was quite possibly the closest I will ever come to feeling like Alice in Wonderland come to life. You never know what magical sight waits around the next bend in the path.
