"Beside the convenient location and affordable rate, there is a very nice &kind lady (sorry I didn’t get her name but she works 5am shift), offering to make our family breakfast bags because we had to catch our flight at 3am and breakfast is not served until 7am on Saturday.. she made sure what type of foods/fruits/milk that we like and she put together breakfast to go bags for each of our family members.. that is the 5stars service right there , she made sure her guests feel at home .. this lady deserves to be the employee of the month.. we are very grateful for what she did .. besides that all the staffs are very friendly and really take care the guest . We are sure will stay at this hotel when we visit Chattanooga again in the future "
