"The breakfast is close to excellent, even for us active people who demand more fuel than some simple white bread, cookies etc. The staff was friendly and communication was easily executed in english (in contrast to most of the staff at Deutsche Bahn - unbelievable!!). The only minus I can think of was the hair of a previous guest all over the place in the bathroom..."

"Wir konnten in das Hotel Belmondo am Hauptbahnhof leider nicht ein checken da es nicht mehr öffnen wird. Uns wurde das Quality Hotel Ambassador Hamburg als alternative zum gleichen Preis angeboten. Es lag am S-Bahnhof Berliner Tor. Die Verbindung war sehr gut. Auch mit dem Hotel und dem Service waren wir sehr zufrieden."
