"Clean, Friendly Staff, Super accommodating, Lift old fashioned but worked well with short wait, Rooms were clean and efficient, Bathroom set up odd for americans but worked, good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Close to Tube, and Restraunts with a fantastic all night mini market across the street and short walk to boots pharmacy. The only negative was heat... Windows opened easily but no screens, and fans tucked in the cupboard worked in one of the rooms but the other room had only 1...

"The owner is old and never return message or calls through Expedia. Spiders on the wall, bed bugs on the mattresses, toilets filthy, disgusting, ran down like a crack house, trap house, blankets with piss stains on them, broken chandelier, miscellaneous old broken down furniture, broken water heater laying at the front entry door of room, odor blankets that never been wash, scary, and should be ban from Expedia as an partner. Customer service representative Elvis said to get out and recommended...

"We stay at the Citadine frequently when travelling with our family as our parents like the ease of using the facility as it has a mini kitchen in the room. We prefer hotel services with more a service and amenities so the comparison is not a good one. However, if you are looking for convenient and a place to grab food and bring it back to your room to cook, this is a great spot and they have coffee and tea available all day for free. "
