I like that it is quite, however it is not soundproof if someone is passing by your door. The room was clean and the they provide everything you need. The elevator wouldn't reach my room, so I had to to take the stairs up to 2nd floor, but I would not mind it. Overall, it was a good stay for me.

Really good location. We were there attending a concert in the park really easy to get too. Also easy to get to paddington for getting around to see the sights. Hotel room was lovely and was clean! Terrible, stressful check-in, lies, misrepresentation, trying to force me into a hobbit room in the basement, overall terrible. Finally managed to get put into the room. I should’ve had to begin with, but this was after sitting around in the lobby, being ignored being treated poorly and challenged by the staff because I wouldn’t accept the hobbit rooms.
