"This is a nice old inn. The highlights of our room were the excellent bedding inclluding high-quality sheets, and a nicely done new shower. The downside was that we never saw a single person – guest or staff. It seems that this is a self-serve inn, from retrieving your key from a lockbox to brewing your own coffee in the morning. This turned out not to be a huge problem, but it did seem strange to have no human contact."

"An absolutely horrible experience! My family (2 adults and my 6 year old son) had reserved this so-called hotel for $284 in June for a 13th Aug stay. After a full day at the Berkshires, we checked-in at 6 pm. This place is in a terrible location (unpaved roads, still-in construction steps). To our horror we found that the room had No Air-Conditioning. It was 90 degrees outside and all they had in the room was a ceiling fan. There were bugs in the room due to the heat. "Although an excellent 2-night stay, our comments are intended to make future stays even better. Room temperature: virtually impossible to maintain a comfort level. Basically it was too cold in spite of raising the thermostat temp. At 80 when the heat came on, it was much too hot! Room lighting: too dark; only the bathroom was well lit. Bathroom moisture: in the absence of a ventilation or fan, the bathroom remained damp after a shower and keeping the door open resulted in everything in the bedroom becoming damp. But the positives far outweigh these few items."

"the good….full kitchen, living room, king bedroom, clean bathroom, VERY reasonable nightly rate, especially for central berkshire county in the summer. there is no daily room cleaning, but extra towels, etc are always available from the front desk… the less than good…we’ve stayed here now u time in the past 18 months, but the last couple of stays the rooms have been a little musty and damp, despite (or because of?) the a/c being on constantly. ya gotta hold the handle down on the toilet to get a complete flush. no food service, but the is a stop&shop literally across the street… i would still recommend BML for the room rate and location alone…"

"We checked in super late and the person at the desk was extremely friendly and helpful! I seen some complaints about the parking. The fact it’s free and covered is a plus, but there is a police station if your worried about safety. I would recommend and stay again if in the area!"

"Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Loved the room. Comfy beds. Loved having the kitchenette. The pool was nice; the jacuzzi was colder than the pool. But pool was a lovely temp. The only downside was we could hear then people walking above us at like 3 am. Walls and ceilings may be a tad thin. However, very pleasant experience. Very reasonable price and was perfect for our stay to be near Six Flags."
