"My children and I enjoyed our stay here. We only stayed 1 night, but it was in an excellent location and the staff were friendly. The room had everything we needed. It could’ve been cleaner, but it wasn’t gross or anything."

"Overall I had an amazing three day stay with my Mother and our two dogs in a 2 bedroom Suite! We had room 212, facing the trees in the back, and it was very peaceful! I must say my first impression was unpleasant. While almost all of the staff were friendly, said Hi, and were kind, the younger woman who checked me in was so unfriendly, not welcoming, and gave the impression she did not want to be there. I checked in, she was so quiet she was difficult to hear, did not smile, I had to remind her I had dogs to fill out the form, and at check out, she was at the desk again, did not ask about my stay, and again was unfriendly. Her personality was drier than the sands of the Sahara desert. At check out, she was sitting at desk, airpods in ears, watching videos on the phone, as I stood in front of her at counter for a few minutes, she never looked up, and I had to loudly say excuse me to get her attention. Otherwise, loved my stay, I especially want to praise the woman working breakfast Thursday/Friday morning, she was friendly, kind, & ensured everything was stocked! The man Saturday morning wasn't as friendly and items were emptier. Breakfast was better weekdays with sandwiches and quiche with weekend those replaced with potatoes and waffles. The suite was great, comfortable beds, clean, spacious, loved the fireplace, everything you could need and like an apartment with 2 bathrooms too! Interesting 1 bed is queen and 1 king. Great grounds to walk dogs! Pool too cold though."

"Room was clean. Beds are hard as rocks. Bathroom amenities were either almost empty or completely empty, so make sure you check them before you are half showered. Sheets and blankets and stains, don’t want to know what it was. There is no swimming pool, which was why I and many other people that were staying there this particular weekend for the UMass lacrosse tournament, booked it. Although, they had a billiards (pool) table in which the kids have to be 18+ to use it regardless of parental supervision. The lady working, I’m assuming the night shift, and the man with a man bun also didn’t seem to care that myself and other parents were present while it was being used, they made our 16 & 17 year olds stop using it. There really is no breakfast. Just muffins and their Kurig coffee. The hotel as a whole is ok. Not something to rave about."

"Nice overnight stay at the MGM with two adults and three kids. The pool was great. Didn’t have enough time to experience any other amenities. Having the food market close seemed very convenient but we had a great take out order from the Italian restaurant right next door. Super convenient location, just minutes from 91. A short drive to Six Flags as well. My only comment has more to do with the Expedia messaging service as I had thought I confirmed joining rooms via the message service with someone from MGM but when we got there they didn’t know how I’d received those messages and they did not have any joining rooms available. So that felt misleading via the messaging sent through the Expedia app."
