"I have to say for a short stay it’s convenient. It’s a place to sleep and shower. We were out for most of the time. It’s cozy and cute and economical for a quick stay. We kept on having issues with the toilet and on the 2nd day the wifi network randomly disappeared, we were no longer connected nor could we find the network. Being that we are not from the UK we rely a little more on wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. When we had issues with the toilet Clarissa sent someone to fix it quickly...

There were no instructions left to show how to work anything, for 10 nights we had 1 garbage bag and 2 toilet paper rolls, showers did not drain and one we could not use as was leaking into living room, my wife and son got harassed by a tenant in the elevator and accused us of throwing up in there then stated we did not and followed them around the property, plus house was not really that clean. "

"The apartment was dirty, not available at the time it was supposed to be, I was screamed at by the man in the store when I went to pick up the keys, the cleaning lady was using an old broom not even a vacuum and in the smaller guest rooms there is no way two adult Americans could fit comfortably. We left the keys with the concierge and have opened a dispute with Houst/VRBO to get our money back since the apartment was not as advertised. We didn’t stay there at all."
