"At the beggining the host was very nice and allowed us to have an earlier check in to leave our bags there, noting that the cleaness of the apartment would be done while we were there (or our bags were there). We get out to had lunch and came back around 4 and they hadn't cleaned the apartment yet (it is supose to be ready at 3pm, that was our orginal check in) "

"The property’s location is excellent. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We ended up arriving earlier than expected due to weather and that wasn’t a problem at all for our gracious host. "

"The property is a few blocks from Paddington Station, which is a central location for the Underground and busses. There were 8 of us in our group and we all had enough space and didn’t feel like we were crowded. There is no air conditioning (which is pretty typical and it was really hot the days we were there), but fans are provided in each bedroom and they kept the rooms cooler while we were sleeping and in the house during the day which was really appreciated and helpful. He eventually took a call from me, but hung up & then ignored attempts to communicate. Currently I am having to chase VRBO for the service fees to be refunded (300) as we didn’t even set foot...
