"Value good , seamless check in but you get what you pay for , No toilet paper No wifi Fridge disgusting"

"Really cool place, the pictures don't do it justice, very comfy! Be London are very nice and helpful, I used a code to enter the apartment which was great to not have to have keys. "Great communication, well appointed property in a great location. Definitely stay again "

"Stayed in a lower ground room, walls were thin so late night noise from other rooms disturbed my sleep. Kitchen tap leaked and no cloth and washing up liquid made it difficult to keep kitchenette clean/mop up excess water."

"We have stayed about 20+ times at this hotel and this was very disappointing. No glasses for drinking water, tea and coffee had not been refilled and there was no milk! Room was their usual high quality but no tea/coffee marred the stay."
